Stakeholder Consultation for Haryana ARR Carbon Finance Project

We will mobilize the key representatives from the Kisan Chamber of Commerce and participating farmers to attend the meeting.

To ensure consistent and verifiable project implementation, KCC requests TERI to prepare a mutually agreed Project Operations Manual (POM) and activity-specific SOPs covering roles and responsibilities, farmer and land eligibility, KML preparation and verification, establishment and monitoring of Permanent Sample Plots (PSPs), data management, quality control, record-keeping, revenue allocation & disbursement procedure and project costing. The POM shall also define the approval, documentation and adjustment of project-development and third-party costs against carbon revenue. The farmer database, KML files and related information provided by KCC to TERI shall be governed by the approved POM and SOPs.
